The best politician is the person who wants it least. ;-) Should be a civic duty you grit your teeth and do for a term before vanishing never to return. Sort of like compulsory military service in Switzerland- not what you'd choose, but you have to so you might as well be the best soldier you can be until you can go back to your real life.
