If so, the gist of the article is that Turkish border guards shot at Syrian asylum seekers along the mutual border. Turkey also is accused of human rights abuses against Kurds inside Turkish borders.
Bad stuff. But UN criticism is not limited to Turkey. For example, the UN accuses the US of breaking the law in numerous respects, most recently involving Iran.
