Agreed that WW stuff "just works". wwSQL with the ado option is worth the entire price of the toolkit if you are doing multi-lingual against SQL Server, for example.

That said, we've been using Chilkat Controls for FTP/S, SFTP, EMail (TLS w/ StartTLS) and HTTP clients for many years in production. Their error logging (<object>.lasterrortext) records the entire transaction, letting you know just where the error happened. It has saved what is left of our collective derrieres on many occasions.
