Years ago my mother passed away from a horrible disease called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. No disease is "graceful", but this one was horribly brutal. This is a bit of an oversimplification, but basically the brain stops working with the respiratory system and the nervous system. The late Dudley Moore had this disease. No cure, 100% fatal, and a downward spiral of 5-8 years.

I am not saying that I think HRC has the same disease (or anything in that family of diseases). But I will say that her symptoms over the last several years follow a somewhat familiar pattern that I don't think can be dismissed. (And yes, I realize that the same pattern could be used to describe far less serious situations).

Even Obama's former personal physician (hardly an alt-right guy) says that he would not be satisfied until HRC passes a full neurological screening.

As is usually the case with HRC, the suspicion is fueled not only by the sequence of events, but also by the repeated "cover and deny"
