>>>>>Hi,

>>>>>I have a bluetooth device (headset) that I added to the Windows 7 Bluetooth devices. So obviously Windows "detected" this device when it was on. Now when I turn the headset on, I tried to listen to a youtube but no sound is sent to the headset. The headset actually works with iPhone. And to test it, I turned the bluetooth off on the iphone, just so it was be interfering. What do you suggest?

>>>I think you mean "paired" (this is the term used in this country). And since the PC "found" this device, it must be paired. I don't see Windows' Bluetooth setup but when I go to the Bluetooth settings, I checked the box "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer". But still no sound. But thank your for your suggestion.

>>Right, I meant "paired", but it can also be "connected". Since you see the device in Windows' Bluetooth list, you may have to play with the Sound Control Panel. I have seen cases where deselecting and re-selecting a device does miracles.

>UPDATE. Just went to Computer -> Manage Devices and Enabled it. Now I see it but still no sound.

Try to restart your computer.
