This has been discussed a few months ago. MS argued that putting security on DBC/Tables will affect the SPEED of the rushmore engine. They insisted on using SQL Server to achieve what we wanted about security. It's dismayed me for a while but I do understand it after, "It's a marketing strategyyyyyyyyyyyyy..."
