Such scattershot tests are not helpful in case of failure. I'd go for Win10 32Bit clean install, install vfp9, install Dotnetbridge, load easy test from vfp first. Onlyif that succeeds, try either for 64Bit or VStudio as next steps, if it fails, work up Dotnetversions from XP to find point of failure. Time-consuming and boring, but not just shooting in the dark...
