Tamar, two points of fact. Number one, the % of workforce participation at an older age is higher than historical norms. Number two, the % of males in the 25-55 area (historically one of the strongest portions of workforce participation) has been slumping.

When you analyze the U3, U5, and U6, the fact is that we've been in weak recovery for a very long time. To this day, there is still a compelling argument that the ACA implementation has been an albatross for the economy.
