Oh, cops are mostly good, but not all.
Years ago I worked for a bike shop owned by a cop, his cop wife, and his partner.
The cop was stealing right out of the till, blatantly cheating on his wife, and I overheard him and his partner have a raucous discussion about lying on the stand in court.

Needless to say, I had enough and left.
As a parting gift, he later told the next bike shop I went to that he was missing $18,000 and suspected me.
A wonderful human being.. NOT

i don't think the same of all cops :)
