I agree 100% with HRC that refusing to accept the result without compelling evidence, does undermine democracy. You might want to read the actual judgments in all 3 states where recounts were attempted, since the MSM seems disinterested in conveying the judicial sentiment about Saint Stein's manoevering.
IMO the more important thing to keep in mind is that a relatively easy but unconvertable check option has to be established - even better if with randomized spot checks scheduled to be selected and executed in advance.
