I didn't say that. A few messages back, you asked if I considered all 17 2016 Republican candidates dangerous to democracy. I answered that question. When you didn't get the answer you expected (or wanted), you then raised the issue of all Republicans ever.

I do believe that you are the one who is mistaken here. In my original message, I asked if there was EVER a republican that you did NOT think was dangerous. I did NOT ask you if there was any republican in 2016 that you did not consider dangerous. You responded to the question that you wanted to answer and not to the one that I asked.

You then responded that you believed that you thought that Lincoln was dangerous. I am curious to understand why. Did you disapprove of freeing the slaves? If not, then why did you disapprove of Lincoln?
