We are using the suite of Atlassian products. They include JIRA, Confluence, HipChat as well as BitBucket. JIRA, Confluence and BitBucket are installed on local servers. They are backed up at midnight. For about an hour, this brings the entire site down of the related specific servers. In 2017, a backup of a product should not lock such application. Does anyone know if there is a way to proceed with the backup while still allowing the users to access those applications?
