Thanks for your reply.But I want to uses Image control in the second column rather than OLEBoundControl,because all my image was saved as separate Jpeg file Jpeg file,not bounded to General field.But OLEBound control do not support Picture property.

Do you have any idea ? Thanks for any comment in advance.
