I commented set step command out.

Generated pdf has serious issures:

1. In start of report there are two almost empty pages.

2. In some pages there is empty area at start of page and paragraph from end of previous page is repeated at start of new page.

3. After some report modification it throws error

Error generating the PDF document
Error code : 4184
Description: Unexpected EOF marker was detected.

It looks like this is not usable.
