Issues seems to occur if output contains more than one page.

Tried to save two page report into PDF and RTF from FoxyPReviewer preview window:

1. Same number of empty pages as in report appear before report pages.
2. Start of second page repeats last line from first page

Saving into htm does not render bold text. Saving into XLS creates empty file.

If < TF > is removed from userdata, issue still occurs.

How to create proper multi-page PDF using FoxyPreviewer ?
