Nope. 2 different Kantons. So "have" is probably not the correct expression nowadays, so I skirted it ;-))

Just around our corner there is Offenbach (a city [so some think, others think of it as a dumping ground of people without driving license] ) as well as the district of Offenbach (Landkreis Offenbach, consisting of about a dozen of smaller cities). I think Offenbach the city was sometimes part of the district of Offenbach, but is now standing on its own (Kreisfreie Stadt).

Basel Stadt and Baslebiet also were a single Kanton once, but forcibly separated. AFAIK not even inclusion in the map sense (which would have been surprizing as way to separate, as tolls and dues are much easier to establish if topolocical inclusion is true)
