No -- he is asking to use a program that was not purchased by him. He wants to use the program for his own benefit. It is not a matter of whether the program that he wants to decompile is his or not. The matter is that is wanting to use a program that he has not purchased for his own benefit. It is does not matter that it is someone else that is doing it for him; he is using a program that he did not purchase. So the question is, how would he feel if he found someone using his program that they did not purchase. I would expect he would not like it.
