It doesn't require much thought to conclude that this quote is absurd.

How did he measure, for example, Warren Harding's appreciation of the dignity of the office, or US Grant's?
Old Ulysses didn't spend many sober days there.
I wonder what lofty appreciation Clinton was showing while molesting interns in the Oval Office or renting out the Lincoln bedroom.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
