Learning is good.
I used to buy 5 copies at a time of the Bernstein book and give them away - it is that amazing.
The crux of it is what Bernstein calls "The Law of Small Numbers"
- keeping BG in the narrow normal range to reverse or prevent diabetic complications.
(his normal range is not the same as most doctors - his is based on evidence, not tradition)
