A few times I checked after a meal, just out of curiosity. The other night I checked a few hours after eating thin crust, and it was less than 20 points higher than it was that morning.
Truthfully, given what I've generally been eating (and not eating), I don't see how my glucose could be spiking to serious levels. But then again, I'm still learning about all this.
