I mentioned the Gosnell case. As I've lived relatively close to where it all happened, I followed the story very closely. The question often asked, "how did he get away with it for so long?". There was grand jury testimony that the state of PA knew for years about the Gosnell butcher shop, but was afraid to intervene because of how much the pro-abortion political forces would demonize state government. It was only when the state had evidence of Gosnell writing fraudulent prescriptions for drugs like oxycodone to cash-paying customers that they got involved.

I know liberals who scream bloody murder (and basically put their hands over their ears and scream "LA LA LA!!!") when I bring up the Gosnell case.
