No it's not. They live in a society that requires tax monies.

The country that is enabling them to be rich is not functioning well for the majority if its citizens.
There are many reasons for that - but among them are the policies of the past 40 years that have concentrated wealth into the pockets of a small part of the population.
One way to counter that concentration- and to finance needed programs - is to tax inheritance at very high rates.
