Of course it doesn't.
It's more likely that people are adding RPG or CICS/COBOL to their arsenals than Fox.
That said, I wish him well (as I do anyone who's trying to hustle an honest buck) but, having lived through several obsolescent events, I'd rather bite the bullet, however bitter, and move on.
