>>>>>>Update: Found more than one Extension that has a word "Incognito" in the title. For example, "Incognito for Chrome", "New Incognito Windows". But the "Incognito for Chrome", even though has only 13 reviews, all positive, 5 stars. Is this the one you suggest?

I figured that I can open a page, e.g. New York Times, and read without them stopping me for a subscription password. I didn't really go into articles but it seems to work.
I also opened the Spain TV page but this one does not seem to work. So, they must still see (by my IP) that I am coming from abroad without some license permitting watching sports.
Other thing I found that I cannot minimize the page in Incognito mode. When I minimize it, it is gone.
Learning something new and more or less useless :). I should be writing code :)
UPDATE: Minimizing works.
