The Spain TV one might work if you were using a proxy server based in Spain :) I use the 'Proxy SwitchySharp' extension - which also allows you to use Tor with Chrome (although obviously you'd have to setup Chrome just right for it to be effective - I recommend the Tor Browser if you really want to go that route).

In Chrome -- if you go to the menu on the far right (the 3 little dots to the right of all your extensions) you'll see a "New Incognito Window' menu item
