Something like a DBA, but not a customer service rep.
Something like a systems Integration engineer. But not a production support rep.
Something like a IT support analyst. But, not a technical support rep.

Maybe that's my problem. I don't really know exactly what it is. There seems to be a lot of overlapping areas of duty when it comes to support "engineering".
