That's very short-sighted of you John. I point back to where I say a recession is a recoverable event, and that what Trump is doing to our country is not.

Yes you can look at recent history and some numbers and graphs and it's obvious what is about to happen :)

Since the presidency of Theodore Roosevelt, who left office in 1909, every single Republican president has seen a recession take hold in their first term.. His stupid trade-war that he's created can easily cause a world recession - and look at the tax cuts -- that will cause one. He's rolled back regulations that make it easier for banks to gamble with our money. Uncertainty is never good and he's unstable and never know what he'll do. His protectionism policies will cause a huge problem too - start a trade war to force manufacturing jobs back to the U.S. will raise the production cost - sounds good for a minute or two, but then no one else will buy American products due to higher cost, so this is not a sustainable policy.
