In real life the furor IS about his exclusion presented by you as destruction of the 1st amendment. Surely you accept that the 1st amendment doesn't allow reporters to shout "fire!" in a theater- iow it's not a free pass to behave however you like?

Perhaps the scientific concept of questioning a hypothesis escapes you. And when adults discuss, they present undoctored facts rather than paraphrases or vague references as a disguised ad hominam slap.
