I created a simple form with a container with a rich text control, and it works just fine. I'm not sure why you are having a problem. As a test, create a new form and add a rich text control to it. It sounds like your problem is one of licensing. I've had problems with ActiveX controls that were corrected by uninstalling Studio and reinstalling it. Whether that will help you or not I have no idea.
