Thanks again for your previous answer.

I have reinstalled VFP but I still get the same error message about the
license that cannot be found. :(

I tried to run the example rich text application from the Solution application provided with VFP, and its working fine...

It seems that the control must be registered somehow (since I can run the example) but when I try to put it on a form I still get the OLE error message.

Help! - if you have time :)
