Again - Muller is not done -- and if you look at the indictments these things are not all unrelated and they are not all process crimes either. As far as saying "I cannot recall" -- that does not really matter if their is a paper trail, emails, bank records, etc etc. Sure it will prevent a perjury charge because they did not tell an outright lie -- but that won't matter if there is evidence of the underlying charges.
