Shrieks from whom?
Grand juries don't shriek.
If the facts are as clear as you make them, the indictment should be handed up in minutes.
Next, we can see HRC hauled off in chains for her felonious behavior.
What's holding everything up?

Of course I'm being facetious.

HRC committed the unpardonable sin... she lost.

In other, more nuanced times people distinguished between political hi jinks and real crimes.

When Napoleon lost he was exiled first to Elba and when that didn't work, to St. Helena. People then understood that his offenses were political, not criminal.
He had lost a couple of key battles.
We aren't sophisticated enough to make that distinction.
We saw to it that Saddam was hung.
Napoleon would have offered him a villa on the Riviera.
We impound grand juries to look at stains on dresses and rant on cable "news" about high crimes and misdemeanors.
It's crazy but I guess it's better than attacking other countries.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
