The washboard icon on top right of the frame in which this message is read. I've set mine to 14 now, but it respected the previous 13. The nice thing is that now this is not a (html simulated) pageframe but just equally functional different page in the same frame, you scroll down, click save and you're back at where you were. The other two things in the same line are unnecessary, IMO: the label saying "Message" - as if anything else ever appears in that shape in that space. and the close box - if you close it, what would you get? Blank space? So one line with three things (two of which are useless) also occupies some vertical space. And of course it has some margins and padding of its own.
