Probably the wrong ones. Example: in recent days prominent black commentator Candace Owens had her Facebook account suspended for declaring that white supremacy isn't a threat to Black America as much as FATHER-ABSENCE and the liberal policies that incentivize it.

IOW she's right that father-absence is a massive barrier to Black advancement (followed by abortion but she didn't say that and lets not go there right now)

Candace's view is that liberal politicians who wax lyrical about caring for black communities have inflicted a cruel poverty trap and now blame white privilege or anybody else except themselves. Those policymakers are the racists if you care about outcomes, not speeches.

How to reduce father-absence? Maybe "wave a magic wand" to bring back blue collar jobs even if only for one more generation before robots, so young men regain a sense of pride and participation in social compact. "Teach them to fish" and then help them lift promising kids out of the poverty trap. There's precedent: in living memory Northern Ireland was a hot-bed of terrorism and sectarian violence that was overturned in less than a generation by jobs and prosperity for whoever wanted to work.
