I have created a stationery in Outlook. I have enabled it for new messages. This works. For replies, this is off. However, sometimes, when I jump into a conversation, on the first reply I do, I would like to stationery to be there so others in the conversation can have my contact information.
For now, when this is the case:
1. Realize that I need the stationery in the middle of a reply
2. Copy the text in progress
3. Close the reply
4. Go back in Stationery settings to enable the functionality on replies
5. Click on the message reply
6. Paste the text with the stationery which is now present
7. Send the message
8. Go back in Stationery settings to disable the functionality on replies
I am sure there is a simpler way to achieve that.
