One of the main troubles with Windowses last 24 years is exactly the "there must be a setting somewhere", which means the setting is hidden in such a place that no intuition helps, as these places change from version to version, sometimes from build to build. Worse, new settings are introduced every time, with probability of having a default you won't like hovering above 90%.

Presently enjoying my 24th day without Windowses :P.
