There is a large amount of evidence - and some folks have been indicted. It's not a question of if they did or if it was on a large scale -- the only unanswered question (and question that can not be answered) is if it actually caused Trump to get elected or not. Not really a way to tell -- but some of the state votes were so close, 12,000 apart - it sure as hell could of made enough difference to sway the election. And then with the farm trolls which caused a light of strife in the country. It's clear that they're gearing up for it again - you can tell by social media bots and trolls starting up again already.
As for 'heads rolling' in general -- we have a corruption problem at the moment.
It was a success on the Russian's part -- sewed discord among the citizens of the USA, and Trump got elected - which is what they wanted. Look at the mess he's created / creating in the whole world lol.
