Thanks, Jim, that helped. I indeed had SET DELETED OFF when the form was running. I did not realize that my SET DELETED option was not global for all forms.

Does anyone know where the right place is to set the SETtings globally for all forms in the VFP6 Framework?

One other program now is that when I access remote views and try to delete records there, they DON'T get deleted.
