"Visual FoxPro Helper Utilities" works just fine, conveys the full meaning of the tool's features, is educational and functional, and removes the association / connotation that many people find offensive.

I won't be using it so long as it has that name. The same remains true for many other software apps in my life. It's one of the main reasons I began developing my own OS in the 90s, and the Liberty Software Foundation as it was an alternative to the Free Software Foundation, one with an upward-looking purpose and focus that GNU never had.

Additionally, there's necessity for being an instigator at times. "Blessed are the peacemakers" is contextual. Peace-making also comes in the form of education and information that is initially disruptive, but has its eyes on the far more encompassing end goal. Even the one speaking those words you reference said, "I come not to bring peace but a sword (division)." You can see it accomplished everywhere. The peaceful connotation comes from and depends on which side you're on in that division.
