You might be surprised sometimes what some users like -- there have been a few occasions where I'd seen people using the infamous "Hot Dog Stand" colour scheme (and actually liking it). And no, it wasn't on a monochrome monitor (there are some colour schemes that look pretty good in monochrome but awful in colour) but a colour monitor.

Now that "dark mode" has become trendy, I'm wondering how long it will be before we see the white/light grey/yellow on blue background becoming popular again...
