If you mean that there are 50 million tests showing up and that there is the capacity to administer all of those test.., then I would question the validity of that for a slew of reasons.

Interesting as I subscribe to it and have not seen that at all.

You're overthinking something very simple.
1. There are not enough tests in the USA
2. Trump (and some of his yes-men) have lied about it.
