Wow, I've been asked many questions, but "what is your point" usually isn't one of them. I thought I was pretty clear. :)
Tell you what, for anyone who is disagreeing with me, please do what I've suggested before. Venture out of the friendly confines of the UT and share those perspectives on other sites.
That is my way of saying that some of the remaining VFP names just continue to show that they feel what was true in the 1990's is still true today. There will be very few conferences between now and the end of the year, and the few that actually manage to prop up something will likely have terrible attendance. Candidly, and this is honest and sincere advice to Doug (whom I hold in fairly high regard), the time to look at a virtual model is now.
And to go back to your original question....I never dismiss anyone's experience. I merely point out where those experiences are, and aren't.
