The first thing to check is that on the Win10 machine the display is actually running at ("full" HD) 1920x1080. It sounds like it might actually be running at 1366x768, which is commonly marketed as "HD" but is less than full HD resolution. Just because a screen is capable of 1080p doesn't necessarily mean it's running at that resolution.

Failing that you could look at message#01674132 .
