Perhaps for you personally nothing comes close but WinDev easily outstrips VFP in every area; functionality, database access, built-in tools, code editing, project management, cross-platform, 3rd party language integration, responsive screen design, web, mobile, SCM, RAD, etc., ... everything.

While it is possible for any particular platform to outshine a different platform in a few isolated areas, your list clearly shows a lack of VFP and FiC knowledge. Nothing comes close overall to the abilities of VFP and FiC. If there was something, I would be happy to use it for new development. (Converting is almost always a waste of time ansd money.)
