Thanks for the idea. I have seen a treeview implementation using a grid, maybe it's already older. But I did not like the outcome, it looked too much like a workaround and not like a real treeview the users are used to as for instance in Explorer etc. Perhaps you can share an image to get an idea how that looks like?
