>Anyone who does not censor Nazis and lies, attract them willingly. Anyone who let a Nazi a say is a supporter. Anyone who explicitly says no censorship is wooing those censored for good reasons on other places. IOW he supports them. It is not wrong to assume that non Nazi person will not do this. Because freedom has limits, and Nazis are out of bound.

I disagree with this logic: "Anyone who does not censor Nazis and lies, attract them willingly." - This statement assumes you have knowledge of the internal motivation for the non-censorship position. Do you have proof of Parler.com management having such a motivation? A more accurate statement in my opinion, based on the assumption that Parler.com do not have a hidden nefarious agenda (i.e. innocent until proven guilty), would be "anyone who does not censor attracts all view points, those we like and those we dislike, those that we find acceptable and those we despise".

The question then becomes how do we protect the impressionable from extremist and harmful thought, from ideas that harm our society? That is a complex problem, no doubt. But to give the power of censorship to a few who can then control the narrative and influence outcomes is itself a great evil and a great danger.

>>>How can one survive w/o social media? None of my kids use any other way to communicate. Cross over the table. If I need something, I must participate. It's nice if one don't fall for the instant-attention-trap.

>>I easily survive without social media. When I use the phrase "social media" I refer to the mainstream platforms with which that phrase has become associated e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap, etc. I do not use any of them. For me it is 99% garbage and I cannot be bothered to search for the 1% (which will probably be my own confirmation bias anyway).

>Twitter for fun and watching some odd minded friends (you remember the guy here who was drunken the whole night / our day?), Telegram for communication only. And not your own bias. and 0,01%, if.

Who was the drunken one? 0.01% ... you're right :)
