I also do the same like you. But writing code for auditing mechanisms gets very complicated with that kind of users.

I use remote views to insert, update and delete data. I guess using SQL Server logins or registering Windows users in SQL Server as logins would make my life easier when writing code for auditing mechanisms (using triggers), or am I wrong?
