I'm kind of having a crossover discussion in Foxite in which Chen participates.

VFPA sets or gets the DPI aware status of an application as communicated to the OS, but does not make the application DPI aware.

A bit of progress with runtime added controls, "documented" by the attached images. The first two images show a 100% form to which an object was added at runtime, the last two images show the same form scaled to 150%.
