Interesting. So far have not had to use Lenovo services much - once re an audio driver that was knocked out by a Win 10 update and they did not get anywhere. Lots of people online with same problem. I have both HP and Lenovo at home. Have to say that my HP laptop is still running after a LONG time. I also have a Lenovo laptop - not as old but so far okay. Desktops have all been HP. As a small reseller, the margins were better with Lenovo so got sucked in. But now wondering about going back to HP.

Lenovo and HP build better Laptops. More robust. Lenovo service is poor. While DELL tenacious visited us each second day to get a laptop running, Lenovo quits after the second try and requires send in. 2 days work just to wipe the disk and reinstall.
