I now have a ??sqlexec prg which checks if the connection has failed, and attempts to reconnect, then waits for the connection to not be busy. The only thing that works consistently is for me to record and enable manual transactions over the connection, sqlexec the command, check for any error - which I can report via aerror and then attempt a sqlcommit. If that fails use aerror again and roll back, then reset the transactions.

I am guessing sql is handling the error and vfp 6 does not seem to like the throw or raiserror so much.
